Microsoft Bing offer alternative
webmaster tool. I have tried it for blog
www.galuhpakuan.com. You must have LiveID before sing in to this tool. Your computer must be installed Microsoft Silverlight to access the dashboard.

My blog
www.galuhpakuan.com was indexed by googlebot about 50 pages, bingbot only indexed it 4 pages :). I don't know why, perhaps bingbot was too lazy :). Google still the winner, Microsoft should be more serious on webmaster tool free service.
