From alarm report, the problem was the ODU (radio) is not matching or not support configuration. After finding bug, the problem was caused by te ODU between that hop have different sub band.
Replace the ODU with matchig type, and problem gone :).

I got problem when configure Huawei RTN: the modulation only support 7MHz QPSK, while I need 28MHz 32QAM
