Microsoft Office 2007 Error: Cannot initialize Microsoft Office shared utilities

My laptop get error, this Mirosoft Office Outlook 2007 can not started with error message below:

Also Word, Excell and PowerPoint can't be started with error message: disk full. To solve this problem:
1. Go to Start
2. Select Run...
3. Type regedit, then OK
4. Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList, there are some items, click one by one to check your user profile. In example below my user Profile is: S-1-5-21-1659004503-790525478-725345543-1003

OK, then continue to find this key:HKEY_LOCAL_MAHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData, find key that match your user profile, click and you will see Components key, delete data in Components.
