Acer ASPIRE 4750 Mousepad Can Not Tap

My friend's Acer Aspire 4750 with Windows XP installed get  problem: it's mousepad can't tap. Then I try to fix it, with action below:


1. Go to Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Open Mouse(double click on mouse icon)
4. Select Device Settings
5. Select Settings
6. Select Taping
7. Thick check box Enable Taping
8. Click OK to save change

If you use Windows 7, the process is similar. But Windows 7 use terms Hardware and sound on it's Control Panel. Mouse hardware is Synaptics, make sure have installed driver properly if problem still occur.
